Tom Villano is a long time resident of the South Bay and has been involved with the local theater groups for the last 25 years. He has directed Butterflies are Free with Alyssa Milano and David Arquette at the Court Theatre in Hollywood and locally he has directed Damn Yankees, Diary of Anne Frank, Rumors, and worked on various other productions as director and music director including Cabaret, Carousel, Man of La Mancha, and A Little Night Music. Tom has been a film music editor on over 100 films including Dr. Doolittle, Nutty Professor, Bedazzled, Hoffa, War of the Roses, Hunt for Red October, Death to Smoochy, and Robocop. For his Television work he has won two Emmy Awards, one fo rthe mini series Lonesome Dove and the other for the George lucas produced series Young Indiana Jones. Tom has also received two MPSE awards one for the animated film, Anastasia and the other for the mini series, The Tempations. |
