Roger Fletcher on trumpet, has backed up celebrities including Paul Anka, Cher, Pearl Bailey, Andy Williams, Louis Bellson, Arthur Fiedler, and more.   He has performed for 13 years in the Air Force Academy Band as trumpet soloist, lead trumpet, section trumpet, and section and featured vocalist in the Concert Band, Show Band, and Rock Band.  He also toured internationally with Circus Vargas as lead trumpet and substitute ringmaster.  He was the leader, front man, trumpet and vocalist with "Summit" variety dance band in Colorado Springs, performing regularly at the Broadmoor Hotel for weddings, conventions, and dance clubs.  Roger performs on trumpet with Funk R&B Soul group "Balance" and is currently serving as Band Director at Viewpoint School in Calabasas, where his duties include conducting / music direcitng two musicals each year with professional pit orchestras.
